These Terms of Use apply to the informational website bluebatcafe.net operated by BLUE BAT CAFE LLC (“Blue Bat Cafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They describe the conditions for using the website. Where a signed engagement conflicts with these terms concerning that engagement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Inquiries and communications

You can contact us at contact@bluebatcafe.net. Email links open your configured email application. A message is sent only when you send it from your email account; clicking a link alone does not send an inquiry. Please use email for business inquiries and privacy requests.

Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or payment credentials, credit reports, consumer loan applications or other sensitive financial or identity information. Agree a suitable channel before sharing confidential project materials. An unsolicited message does not itself create a confidentiality agreement; personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising performance depends on factors including the offer, market, budget, creative, competition, audience and platform rules. We do not guarantee advertising approval, account access, conversion rates, leads, revenue, return on advertising spend or any other outcome. Platform operators make their own approval, delivery and account decisions.

Descriptions of a possible service or agreed project scope are not evidence of completed work or achieved results. Any examples must be read with their stated context; past results, where presented, do not guarantee future performance.

7. External links and services

The website may link to third-party sites and services. Those providers control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices. Review their terms before using them. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement, and these website terms do not replace a third party’s terms.
